TomTom Europe.
It's brilliant. We got from the ferrt terminal to our campside (by name) in France faster then we ever did before. We did the same route in two hours extra last time following road signs.

I'd say Tom Tom Go510.

It has UK and Europe maps and a larger screen that the TomTom one.

In any case i'd advise a bigger screen, this was its easier to glance at while driving.
