A t-shirt in Penneys can cost as little as 3 euro. A pair of trousers in Dunnes is usually 20-40 euro. Something like a Northface weatherproof jacket will cost 100-250 euro. Designer gear runs into the thousands. Like any other country, it depends on where you shop.

Why When How

we have some shops where the clothes are made by children in Asia so they can be cheap.

It depends. Pennys have really cheap clothes but if you are looking for something nice then they can be really expensive. Usually, the brands that are from the UK cost more to buy over here then in the UK. If you want good value big designer names then I would recommend TK Max. Happy Shopping!

Go to Penneys. You'll get a full rigout for about a tenner.
Who cares where it's made as long as it's cheap?

If you go to Pennys you can get really cheap clothes like 2euro for a tshirt Dunnes is a bit more expensive. Then you have shops like H&M and Topshop/Topman which are more expensive like 20 euro a tshirt? They have really nice fashionable clothes. Then you have Brown Thomas where you cant get anything under 1000.

niall d
for nike or adidas trousers it would be about 50 euros

Kris......
Cheap shops for cheap clothes, if you want Quality then you have to spend, spend, spend.

Penney's is just another name for Primark, so if you're in the UK, just go to your local Primark. Apart of that, try Michael Guiney's, just near the Big Phallus on O'Connell st, in front of Dunnes. That's where I used to go when I lived in Dub. Value for your money.
