"Breakfast at Pluto"
It is so original. It has humour but is also quite dark as well. Cillian is great in it. And of course Liam Neeson is a legend anyway. Of course I don't fancy Cillain Murphy in that movie. I be questioning my sexuality if I did. Aldo he does make a better looking women than some Irish women, don't you think.
There are some great Irish films, but I think this is the best because it is so unique. |

An old ish one. Crushproof. Considering its old, it was well ahead of its time, and cowboys and angels...me friends were in it, so possibly biased answer, but brilliant flick. |

The Snapper is brilliant, and I always enjoy Into The West, but I think my favourite has to be Cowboys and Angels, set in Limerick and about the college where I studied art.
The Most Fertile Man in Ireland, now that is a great film!
I saw PS I Love You recently, and found it disappointing. Sorry. |

It has to be War of the Buttons...i live in the village where the film was shot and my cousins are in it so i'll have to support them :)
i love the wind that shakes the barley as well...very sad but also gives a great depiction of what went on in Ireland at the time. |

I agree with your choice but I also liked The Commitments |
|

Panserbjørne

The wind that shakes the barely, or else Michael Collins. Both hard-hitting, gut wrenching films, Irish killing Irish... reminds me of what we must do to avoid war ever again |
