Where can I find cheap last minute flights from Republic Of Ireland (Cork) to UK?

Sarah
Its not possible to pick the cheapest because a flight that might cost you €30 one day might cost you €100 on another.

This is the list of flights and operators from Cork

Scotland
Edinburgh - Aer Arran
Glasgow Prestwick - Ryanair & Aer Arran

Wales
Cardiff-Aer Arran

England
Birmingham - Aer Lingus & BMIbaby
Bristol - Aer Arran
Liverpool - Ryanair
London - Aer Lingus (Heathrow) & Ryanair (stansted and Gatwick)
Manchester - Aer Lingus & BMIbaby
Newcastle - Jet2.com
Newquay - Air Southwest
Nottingham - Ryanair
Plymouth - Air Southwest

Just look at the websites of the companies who offer the flights you might be interested in and look for a deal.

Depends on the day .... try Ryanair and Aer Lingus.

For the love of all things holy, don't go with Ryan Air!! Chances are, you'll get there quicker if break-dance over. Try Aer Lingus or Aer Arann. Maybe go to Dublin to get a wider variety of flights. Ryanair have a notoriously bad customer service record. Late flights, cancelled flights only at a minutes notice, lost baggage, rude staff, cramped planes, the list is endless. Easyjet are OK, I think...but im not sure if they operate from the South.
Good luck with whoever you choose, though.

Good answer from Sarah. Check the websites, but Ryanair is notoriously dear for last minute flights. This is how they make their money - offer good deals weeks in advance, but load it on heavily for the last-minute customer. As well as that, smaller luggage allowance, check-in fee, higher airport taxes than other airlines and every other extra they can put on. Ryanair is not a cheap airline anymore. If nothing suitable appears, you might also consider taking the train to Dublin and the ferry to UK.

Why fly. Just drive a few miles up north and you are in Uk.
