You won't find a converter that says "Irish" or "Ireland" on it, Ireland has the same system as the UK so look for something that says UK or Britain on it.

Be careful though - converters let you plug your appliance into the wall, but the voltage supply is different too. Delicate equipment may require a transformer too. I used an Irish phone in LA for ten weeks, and though the supply there didn't damage it, the battery wouldn't hold the charge.

Any store that sells electronics. Or you can get them online. Here's my favorite site:

You'll need a voltage converter and a type G plug:

You can buy them at any RadioShack Store.

You can probably buy them at duty free in the airport.
Irish converters are the same as used in the UK (3 pin)
They will probably say UK converters on the packet.
