There is a shop on North Main st (can't remember the name), but it is near Area 51 (internet shop) and Dunnes Stores, prices vary, expect to pay 20-25 euro.

im not sure.. but be careful whist looking because some of the places aint guine and they will hack your mobile and cost you a lot!.. in a mobile shop (orage o2 vodavone) i asked of its possible to unlock mobiles and they said no...
