If these are on birth certificates or something, I would guess that they are in bad handwriting that you or someone else misinterpreted. There are no such places as these.
If it's possible, maybe you could scan a picture of the birth certs (or whatever they are) and post a link to it. Someone might be able to decipher what it says.

I can not find anything about Dewgal or Domah in ireland my guess is they are suburbs of a city in ireland, or may even be known as something else, for instance Sherbrooke, on the outskirts of sydney australia is now known as Avon Dam.
The township lies at the bottom of the dam.
