The Burren in Co.Clare. I have got family that live there and I go down about 10 times a year, just to get out of Dublin and chill out for a while. My nan has one of those thatched cottages and I am never more at peace then I am when I wake up in her front bedroom. The pubs down there are great craic and because I have been going there since I was a new born, I have good friends there. Im only back from being there and it did me better than three weeks at a health spa would. I miss it already, only a month and a half till I go back down. |

I don't know. Belfast is very pretty, as is Cork and Dublin. I also love New Grace and Derry. I dunno, Ireland itself is overall a very favorable place. |

Ireland is on top of my list of places that I want to visit, but as of yet I've not been.
The two places I'm most excited to visit are the Ring of Kerry and the Cliffs of Moher/Galway area. I don't know why, but for some reason I seem to be drawn to those places. |

Bantry, in West Cork County, is one of my favorite places in Ireland. Its scenery and its proximity to Gogane Barra make it one the most ideal places where anyone who only speaks English is looking for a place to stay and get away from it all. Kerry County, Mizen, the Cork Airport are all close by. Unlike Irish-American cooking (which still owes its origins to the poor Irish who once came here and to old Irish-American Catholics who felt that eating should be penance), cooking in West Cork, Kerry, etc. is magnificent. |

Ireland has a wealth of beauty and the people help to make it a wonderful place to travel. I really enjoyed my stay in Killarney and Dingle. When in Ireland (particularly in Dingle or Kerry) it is crucial that one rent a bike and go for a ride through the countryside. Go off the beaten path and discover the true Ireland! |

The Ring of Kerry in County Kerry is my favorite place. It is like a fairy land: green with huge trees that I've seen nowhere else. Dublin is a fine city. Stay in a bed and breakfast for a good deal and beware of pickpockets.
Another great country is Australia. Sidney is like Boston in many ways but Perth is my favorite. Also visit the Orange Mountains along the east side for beautiful beaches North from Sidney.
The people in all these places make it special. Have fun! |
