I think you are trying to ask:
'Is my husband entitled to a contributory pension'
Please contact the Revenue Commissioners in your county, they will give you all the information you need.
http://www.revenue.ie/en/index.html

Don't mind the first poster, they shouldn't correct someone else unless they have good grammar themselves.

Your english is ok.

Sshhhh! It's Podge and Rodge
Reception is pension of preferential right.

We hope that clears it up for you.

I think that what you want to find out about, is whether or not your husband is entitled to a pension. For this information it would probably best to contact the tax office.

To the previous post, a capital letter is always used at the beginning of a sentence. Also it is 'ask' a question, not 'say' a question.

Tax office or SIPTU information will tell all.

What the hay is "proper English", lad? Is that the type of English we speak proper?
