Which County in Ireland is the most over-rated and which is the most under-rated?

Additional Details
I have been to both Donegal and Dublin and have to agree! Dublin very expensive, but still great. Donegal is magnificent for it's people and scenery. Galway good for a night out!

I have to agree with the majority here:

Overrated - Dublin, for obvious reasons, still good for a drinking bender occasionally though.
Underrated - Donegal, beautiful, used to spend summers in Portsalon when I was younger and miss it a lot!

nuajav
Dublin is overrated!!! Spend a day or two there and then get out and see Ireland.
Wicklow is very underated.
Donegal is a well kept secret!!!
Limerick is best kept secret!!!!
Kerry is the worst kept secret.

Why When How

tourists always seem to head west. Okay the west is fantastic with it's beauty. Secondly the north is often overlooked, even still.

I'm from Wexford and would consider that a great county.

I Live in ulster;)
IT ROCKS

and yeah donegal is soooooooooooooo Nice :]

Over Rated-Dublin. It's not as great as people make it out to be. I lived there for three months too, and I hated the city life.

Under Rated-Donegal doesn't get as much attention as it should. It's a great county. You should go there! LOL

All counties over the west are lovely and some are under rated.
As for dublin being over rated i think its worth mentioning that most country people dislike dubs!!

Leah
Gonna throw this out there,,

Laois is underrated!!Such a place..Has everything AND nothing!

Overrated-Dublin. Packed and full of scum.

Mr. Stabby the Monkeypimp
I would contact the Irish Tourist board, they've just started a new advertising campaign. It points out that there are actually more Irish people living outside of Ireland than people actually living there (american irish, etc).
It is followed by their new advertising motto..
"Ireland, we're not all there!"
