Which airport in Ireland do you think is the best? |
Derry airport or Londonderry if you live in Northern Ireland or Dublin airport. I am from Donegal so other airports in Ireland are not suitable.
I am suffering from pre flight nerves and I am not flying until next year. lol |

Derry would suit you best as a nervous flyer.Shorter journey to get there so less time for nerves to build up on the day. It's also a very small easily manageable, dare I say homely, airport.Dublin can be a bit mental.I've flown several times from both. You can prebook where you want to sit ahead of time too which might help your nerves. You'd be better not looking out of a window. An aisle seat so you can get to the loo would be best.I'm from Donegal too and I was the mother of all nervous flyers, now I enjoy it. |

That depends on where you want to travel to. Most flights travel from Dublin anyway, and if you were to travel from Derry, you'd probably have to change planes somewhere.
Flying is a doddle nowadays, once you're on the aircraft and have a good book. The hassle is actually getting yourself to it, and dealing with luggage, etc. Personally I'd just go for one flight at a time, particularly if you're feeling nervous about it. |

Out of the airports I've flown into in Ireland (Dublin, Belfast Int, and Waterford) my favourite by far was Waterford,
Just for the sheer convenience Waterford suited me down to the ground. It took me 5 minutes to get to where I was going to and I simply love people from this part of the country.
Since you live in the opposite part of the country I'd have to recommend Derry airport (some of us in the North do refer to it as Derry) as you'll save hours on your journey time. If a flights available go for Derry! |

IT depends on where you want to go.
As you're from Donegal, Derry is quite close to you.
You can also go to the airports in Belfast, If Dublin Airport is an option for you.
LOL, well, you have plenty of time to relax. \Good luck. |
