If we must choose Ciara Marie but I would drop the Dearbhla, it spoils the flow, say the 3 names together out loud a few times

Dearbhla Marie or Ciara Marie sound better, although Dearbhla is such a striking name it doesn't need anything else

I prefer the second one but spell it Dervla instead. Thats how most people would spell it, having said that it is a 3rd name so most people will probably never use it.
