hi you
for the best weather in Ireland you will have to come to the people republic of cork in the sunny south and we all have some of the nicest sites and views and of course the longest coast line in Ireland

Just about any water in Ireland is good. The tap water where I live is very good anyway, and it's cleaner than the stuff you get in bottles.

and Why would anyone in Ireland need to buy water in bottles. We've got too much of it falling from the sky.

Anywhere in the sunny south east! Kilkenny is pretty good, it usually records the hottest temperatures during the summer months.

The west gets all the rain that comes in from over the Atlantic.....so it rains a LOT there

The East is much drier!!
