That is a stupid question. Here in the States there are fights in pubs and bars all the time. Apparently you don't really go to the bars or pubs... Thats what comes naturally when one gets intoxicated...been in a few myself :o) Tell me where these pubs are so I can check them out....

you are american right..... so i say the best thing for you to do is stay away from us if we offend you so much, i am sick of all these racist and stupid ouestions about Ireland and the Irish, I could post a question about America, be racist and put you down, but i do not, and i have yet to see one posted by an Irish person.

Are this Irish pubs in Ireland? Because I never see fights in pubs in Ireland, at least not in the ones I go to.

Martina L
I don't think those people fight because they're Irish, but because the are scumbags. Maybe Irish bars attract scumbags in the States?

Orla C
Because they're very inhibited when sober, so when they have a drink or two they lose their inhibitions.

Then again I don't see too many people getting into fights in pubs in Ireland, and as it stands to reason that most of those are Irish, it must be just the ones that are living abroad.

I lived in Ireland for 25 years, and the only fight I ever saw was between two sets of ENGLISMEN;rival football supporters. Millwall and Wimbledon. Later the english rioted in lansdowne
rd.
