don't ask me! i wonder the same i live in the republic of ireland totally free of british rule thankfully! they have enough people in britian to worry about besides the north of ireland! it seems so stupid that when you cross the border you have to change the money from euro to sterling! there has been alot of trouble in the north because of the mix of people with different religions! but peace seems to be there now!

Ammm, the IRA was disbanded a few years ago, man. Have you been living in a cave for the past few years? Never heard of the Good Friday Agreement, no? There are still a few dissidents around, but probably to the same extent that there are still Timothy McVeigh people active in the USA.
