The places listed are cities or large regional towns. Donegal is neither. Though Limerick and Donegal towns are both dirty holes so if there was list for dirty holes then Donegal could be on it.Though it has to be said that the rest of Donegal county is outstandingly beautiful. |

I think you can search for almost any region on here. I've not made it to Ireland (YET!!) but I know Limerick is a place we hear about a lot here in America. Well, not a lot, but if you are interested in Irish culture you'll hear a lot about it. Donegal, also! |

Probably because it's big (it's one of the four largest cities in the Republic, I believe) and it's a major tourist attraction. I'm pretty sure they're talking about Limerick city, not the entire county. |
