Depends on what you mean by hot. For many Irish 22 degrees celsius is hot.

It's never really 'hot' in Dublin.
The forecast is for things to get cooler this weekend. About 6-10 degrees with a very good chance of rain on Sunday and with rain less likely on Saturday.
