Hello Eamon,
Any bank will provide you with as many travellers cheques you may need, PROVIDING YOU HAVE THE MONEY TO PURCHASE THEM but follow the simple rules as to the use of them, you will need to sign them before you can transact any business with them, and keep a very close watch on them, as in some instances they are as good as cash if stolen from you.
I am almost certaily positive that you sign them all on reciept of them, because your signature is required again when you use them, so it can be checked with the signature already on them, Check this at the bank, and they will tell you too, that they are recoverable if stolen, but you have to wait a whiled for this service, you can be very sure and certain, that Travellers Cheques are a very good way of handling money when away from home, the Bank will also refund you any money for unused Travellers Cheques too as another part of their customer service, and I recommend it to you Sir. enjoy your holiday, and come back safe..Good luck Eamon....Bye.....Tony M............
