The first thing we do when we get there, is indulge in
a bit ulster fry! white pudding! yum! always bring back
lots when I come back to London!
You can buy Irish soda bread, potato bread etc, and marks and spencer, but it's nothing like!!!

This is especially for young people, There is a group of people from NI here in Vancouver Canada, Each from diverse backgrounds and skill sets some professional some blue collar, But they all have a couple of things in common .
one is they were all raised on so called Ulster Fries and now they are all triple heart bypass survivors..I cannot think of anything worse in the nutritional sense than this lard laced poison known as the Ulster Fry
