I'm assuming you are are talking about the train from Fiumicino Airport to Termini Station, since there is not train from Termini to Ciampino Airport.
The Leonardo Express Train is non-stop and takes 31 mintues. Train depart at 22 min and 52 min past the hour. Tickets are 9,50 euro and be purchased from newspaper stands at the station, ticket windows or self service ticketing machines.
The train to the airport departs from platform 28, which is further out than the rest of the platforms, about a 5 minute walk. If you are taking a taxi to Termini tell the driver to take you to the trains to the airport and save yourself from having to walk with your luggage. |

You should allow about 40 minutes forthe trip but remember that there is only one station and you need to spend some time to get there. |

Which airport?
I've never used Fiumicino but am told it's 40 mins by train or 90 by bus.
I used the other one. If you make all your connections from Campiano and use the shuttle busses it's about 30-45 mins depending on traffic (which is what I did in Feb). That brings you to Termini. When I go back in June, knowing the city a bit better, I might try to use the local bus to the end of Metro line A and then Metro which is probably about an hour in total but works out at easily 1/3 the price. I wouldn't recomend that if it's your first time though as it'll be a bit confusing!
If it's Campiano, use the shuttle busses parked outside departures (white busses). There are 2 companies, one at €6.50, the other €8. Don't be put off by the poor looking parts of town it takes you through though, or the roundabout route. Get off the bus and the front of the station is 1 min to the right, or inside the station, 3 mins to the left. (The station isn't in the middle of town!) |

It will take you, around 30 minutes to get to Fiumicino, by leaving from Roma Ostiense. But to get to Ciampino it will take you 15 minutes by leaving from Roma Termini. |
