Hi, it's late to answer, but I'm here now.
I live in Brescia, near Lake Garda in the north, and I've been here for 10 years now.
Well, I actually live in Montichiari but no one's heard of it!

It's hotter than usual at this time of year and we really need rain. There's no wind at the lake for kite surfing so my husband's cranky.

Other than that, not much going on!

I live in Modena. I'm working today although the majority of Italians don't work on Sunday...aaargh=( It's pretty warm here considering it's not even May.

I live in the Marche region, a beautiful area still not too spoilt with tourism. It's full of medieval history etc... It may not be as famous as Rome, venice or Naples but it has a lot too see.
I have also lived for many years in Sicily..........now that is a place full of ancient history, everything about it is lovely....I would suggest you visit: Agrigento, Siracusa, Palermo, Toarmina, Catania, Caltagirone, Piazza Amerina........and I could go on and on and on and on.................
