You'll find both for the good and bad in both countries. German ladies might be more open compared to Italian women.

Well, I'm italian and I'm a woman, I've lived in Germany for 2 years and I can only tell you that it's impossible to generalize.
I didn't find so many differences as I've expected between the two. Why do you need to know this?

It depends of the woman...usually in the south they are warmer in general than elsewhere
