Are you rich if you have a cabin at Lake Como???

Or is it nothing big and common?

I'm living by lake como at the moment!

It depends on what you mean, if you mean a cabin, within 300m of the lake, then yes, especially if it is a "cabin" not a semi detached house. All property is reasonably expensive in italy though.

Good for anyone who can afford it!!! :)

No, you are not rich if you own a cabin on Lake Como. You are rich when you own a villa on the lake at Lake Como. Ask George Clooney...he has a villa on the lake. Cabins are the next step down and usually not right on the lake, but in the town itself.
