Yes, you will use your Peruvian passport. As a US permanent resident, you won't have a US passport. Only US citizens can have US passports.

You have to use your passport according to your CURRENT nacionalty, but anyway, once you're in Europe, you don't need it to go from country to country, there is no border there, well, of course there is, but there's only a sign that says, welcome to France! or something like that.
I really hope that helps.
Good Luck

Yes, as a citizen of Peru you use a passport from Peru. But i think now you can be a USA citizen and still keep a passport from another country.

Yes, you need to use your Peruvian passport and you will have to obtain a Schengen visa in order to visit Europe. Important to note that even though the UK is part of the European Union, you will need to get a separate visa if you intend to travel to the UK, as they are not part of the Schengen agreement.
