Best Way from Milan To Rome?

I'm staying in FieraMilano right now. Tomorrow, I need a way to get to Rome - whether it be via car, train, or plane. I need advice on the best and cheapest way to do so.

At the moment, I have no transportation, so I'll need help on getting to the recommended car rental place or train station.
Thank!

Everyone says to take the train. However, Ryanair does have flights starting at 14.99 euro. So it depends on your time table.

I suggest you go by train. it's almost 60 euros from milan to rome and it takes up to 6 hours.

train (Intercity or eurostar). Intercity is cheaper than eurostar.
You can also take a flight, if you find a good rate

You can probably get a flight for ten euros.
