Polifia?
How utterly absurd! Of course not. Who do you propose would pay to have the "honour" of hosting these italo-americans in Italy? The Italian Govt? They don't have sufficient funds to pay for basic utilities, I assure you they are not interested in importing the descendants of ex-immigrants.
And why, pray, would this only apply to italian americans???

I never eared this, it's seem absurd

I live in Italy, and I have never heard about this. Millions and millions of Italians immigrated to other countries in the last century......can you just imagine all them coming back to Italy and traveling for free? It would be absurd considering a lot of Italy lives off tourists and tourism.

Hello,

There is no such service that does this. The airlines would have to go out of business if they gave away free flights. Sorry, but you will just have to look for cheap airline tickets or try being a courier for some of the companies that do that kind of thing. They pay for your flight and you take their packages over seas to where they need them to go.

If that were true there would be millions of people looking for free trips to Italy! No, it is NOT true...you can ask any travel agent. You can call the Italian embassy and ask them. Or just listen to your own common sense.

No, it's not available for Italians.

The free travel to Israel is called Mayanot Birthright. Here's more info:

No, I'm sorry.
I'm italian, living in northern Italy, and I can get discounts if I go to Sicily just cause my mom was born in Sicily which is a region with a "special statute law". But that's possible only for domestic travels and only if you have at least one parent who was born in Sicily.
Bye.

I am of Italian descent. That would be awesome. Based on what I've read it doesn't seem valid. Perhaps you should check back with your original source?

No. Are you blond?

And yes, if as an american you become an Israeli citizen they will fly you there. That's because every Israeli citizen has to serve three continuous years in the military, so if you are living abroad they will get you a flight to Israel to serve out your 'commitment'

Leesi D
I don't think those people traveled to Israel for "free"....you still need a passport and have to pay airfare........so the reason you haven found "nada" info on Italy is because it ain't "free~!!"

kimberly11976
Omg....I don't think so. LMAO.
