sure. and don't worry, 'cause it won't be too long before u learn italian.
aaand u can ask for a work as a translater, in airports in schools in universities
I suggest u the south of Italy, especially at the beginning....it's generally calm.

No. Don't expect to go abroad and have everyone else speak English. You will not be pleasantly surprised. If you really want to live/work in Italy, take time to learn the language. It's a sign of respect, and it will save your neck.

In addition to knowing some Italian, you will also need a EU passport. Without that, it will be impossible to find any work, and in fact illegal for you to work.

um Mabye live and then get used to spanish over there or it could be very difficult,
now work if you work for an american company there then you should have no problem. but if it is for italian people then work might be not so easy
