Just wondering from your question if you think you need a car to get around Assisi. You do not, as Assisi is a very small town that can be visited entirely on foot.
If you want to rent a car to take trips out of Assisi, you should probably try Perugia, which is a bigger town and they will certainly have car rental agencies. |

I am italian, I know well Assisi it is a small smal town, and the car is not necessary because all the town is closed to the car(sorry for language). Go in Assisi whitout car and walk!!! It is wonderfullllllllllllllllllllll |
