Lido de Jessolo has a ten mile front and its precinct so it leaves little to hire a car for// all travelling is by boat bus and you catch a boat to get to Venice and stop offs at plenty of places and let me say this if you want to drive out there take a crash helmet with you they drive like maniacs and worst than Paris and Cairo with that horn/ but i just love the country so all those things are not relevant

I would suggest that you visit the car hire guys on the link here http://www.my-piedmont.com They have always been great when I have used them and the rates are reasonable. I would advise you to book before arriving in Italy as normally you get better deals doing it this way.
