Do u like rimini (italy)?

i was there a few days last year.

beach was rather nice.
nightlife was pretty good.
the hotels were mostly kinda small tho.
overall it was a 'typical' sort of resort i thought - not particularly cultural or anything.

What I like about Rimini, as you have said, is its wonderful nightlife, the quite cheap prices, the food of Romagna and above all the hospitality and generosity of the local inhabitants, in my zone people say that if you ask a glass of water to a "romagnolo" he will give to you a glass of wine, probably it isn't even true but makes you understand how their hospitality is famous and praised all over Italy :-) ... Instead I don't like the sea which hasn't got anything special, and it is not so clean, moreover it's true that there is nothing cultural and particularly artistic; the tourism of Rimini and more in general of the "Riviera Romagnola" is not based on natural landscapes or culture but on nightlife and entertainment...

However I prefer Riccione rather than Rimini, it is more for young people and more chich :-)

Rimini is nice; there are some good restaurants. I liked the old town inland from the beach. There are some interesting day trips from Rimini - there are buses to San Marino and St Leo, for example. Gabbice Mare is quieter and more scenic.
