Tourist guide for English speakers I guess. America is strong!!!

Luca
You can work like English teacher in private language school.
If you like, please look up on here:

www.paginebianche.it or
www.paginegialle.it

In this web site, you can find what you want..
You can search for "language school"--> scuola di lingue
in your preferite town, and can telephone it
good luck

Finding work in Italy for an Italian is difficult enough, so for you it would be very very very (note three times) difficult, I would say like 1%, if that.
As an American, I moved to Italy not knowing one word in Italian and I started working with the immigrants from Romania for like 4 Euros an hour. And when it comes to payday, dont expect to get paid, many times they will make excuses trying not to pay you. It's not that I had no skills so I had to do general labor, I've been in the computer field for 12 years, it's just that there is very little work, the economy is bad there. The best chance of finding work in Italy (including Sardengia) as a foreigner is if you are highly skilled and your company that you are working for will offer to transfer you there to their office or if you have skills that are very specific that no Italian can fill, then you have a chance. Other than that you can teach English for about 4 Euros an hour, which I did for a while, or you can maybe be a nanny, but that is even difficult since you would be competing against ones who have tons of experience. You may be able to work as a waitress in a pub etc..for a few Euros an hour. Besides all that you are not legal to work in Italy unless you are part of the European Union or you have sponsorship from a company.
Sorry to sound negative but believe me it's the truth.
