Capri is a great place to visit - for restaurants, I like La Pergola and La Savardina. For pizza try Da Gemma. There are lots of other good restaurants to choose from too.
The blue grotto is worth a stop as is the perfume factory. Villa Jovis is the ruins of one of Emperor Tiberius' homes. Walk to the Gardens of Augustus for the views. There's also shopping.
Munthe's house in Anacapri is definitely worth a visit: Villa San Michele. The bus ride up to Anacapri can be a thrill in itself. While you're in Anacapri see the mosaics in San Michele Arcangelo church. Take the chairlift to the top of the mountain for the spectacular views. There's also a really good restaurant near Anacapri - Gelsomina.

In Positano, you can walk the mountain and shore trails. Don't miss the Church of Santa Maria Assunta or the Emerald Grotto. Use Positano as a base for visiting the rest of the Amalfi coast and Pompeii too. The Villas above the sea are worth a visit. For restaurants in Positano, I like La Cambusa near the beach and Il Retrovo.

Ah man...Capri is my favorite place in Italy...the Faraglioni rocks and a day at La Fontelina (private beach next to the rocks) makes for a perfect day! Here are the links:
