Hi, i'm italian.
Thanks for have chosen italy xD
It's better if you learn Italian, i think there's no english lessons..
And, it's not so hard to get accepted to an Italian university, you just need to learn a bit of our language :D

I'm not so helpful, i'm doing what i can do..
I may help you, if you need, just email me.
Ehm, sorry for my not perfect english

there are not english lessons, but you can learn italian in few months..

http://www.imb.it/

it is not exactly an university but a Fashion School.

the admission (not being an univeristy) is "free".

Jane
I don't know which university would be the best to get a master's degree in fashion design in Italy, but I can tell for sure it would be better for you to know a little bit of Italian, because here courses aren't usually offered. Although I'm sure you could also find some lessons held in English, like these ones http://www.masterin.it/post-laurea/polimoda9-master-in-fashion-design-advanced.htm .
It's definitely not hard to get accepted to an Italian university, it's completely different from America and England.
Good luck!
