Hello,
I've never seen anyone grab anyone elses butt when I've been to Rome. I wouldn't try it if that's what you're asking. I don't think they do that anymore,and if they do it is just in the really small towns. You can look and whistle, just don't grab.

I never did it, never see it doing it, never knew of somoene that did it once, and is not acceptable.
I will be very surprise and shock if someone of my friends did it once.
