Guided tour for Italy?

If I want to go to Italy for a visit for 2 weeks, so you advise me to go to which city:
I want to go to a city that doesn't have to many wild teenagers, has lots of cinemas, isn't too much quiet, has lots of restaurants, has lots of coffee, doesn't have to many mountains or hills, doesn't, people are kind there, should be similar to Cairo, isn't expansive, has hotels
thanks!

Well Rome Italy is a reasonably flat city (the historical center anyway), it's also the city of 7 hills, but they really are only hills.
There are plenty of cinemas in Rome, especially in the Trastevere area, plus there are also a few that show films in their original language.

Romans live inside restaurants and coffee shops, probably more than any nation I know. The biggest reason why many tourists visit Rome is to enjoy the Rome Restaurants http://www.romanlife-romeitaly.com/rome-restaurants.html
I wouldn't say Romans are extremely helpful compared to other nations, but most I know have a good heart, and certainly very open to foreigners and tourists.
I think what you may find similar to Cairo is the way the Romans drive. Certainly no lack of creative "maneuvers".

As far as inexpensive hotels go, your best bet is with a search engine programme like hotelscombined.com
they search and compare many different hotel bookers like Venere, Booking.com, Priceline, Travelocity, Hotelbookers etc. etc. and then return the best price from the lot for a specific hotel (or hotels).
You can choose the city, area or Rome tourist attraction you would like to be close to.
Do check out the visitors reviews, they give a good insight into what to expect.

You can visit http://www.romanlife-romeitaly.com/hotels-in-central-rome.html for some advice on booking hotels in central Rome or Italy i.e. what to check before hand, for ex. What floor is the room on? Does the hotel have a lift (many of the old buildings in Rome don't)? Is breakfast included in the price? What does breakfast consist of etc etc
And this page http://www.romanlife-romeitaly.com/central-rome-hotels.html explains more about hotelscombined.com and how to get the best results.
Enjoy.

KNIGHT DE LA BARRE
well rome and venice is what 99% of people will suggest u!

but i am 1/4 italian and my grandmother who i adored was from Pisa ,in general Tuscan is gorgeous VISIT IT!
but what u asking for, visit Macerata, a small gorgeous city in Marche !

meglio un morto dentro la casa, che un marchese dietro la porta lol

FLORENCE DEFINITELY ,another gorgeous city of Tuscan!

since u will be in Italy ,visit the sister country of Italy and my other 3/4 Greece!

greeks with italians they say

una razza una facia
which means
one race one face;)

i agree since i am both and i love both !

If you have to pick one city in Italy that would be Rome.
Just a visit to the vatican museums,St.Peter basilica and the statue of Moses (in the small church of San Pietro in vincoli) is worth the trip and it's big enough that you'll find hotels for every price.
Just be wary of motorscooters and pick-pockets.

Dreamer!
Italians are lovely people, very kind and loving. Any city you want to go to will be great. Teens don't run amok. The bigger cities are plenty noisy. Italians are wild about cinema, drink way too much strong Arabic coffee, You will have to work to find cheap hotels but they are there. The entire length of Italy is mountainous.
Good luck, I think your list is a bit unrealistic.
