Rome is a really beautiful city, and it's one of the most historical in the world. There are a ton of fun things to do there, so you won't get bored. I've been there three times - at 5, 13, and last year (15), and I always had an amazing trip.

The downside of going in the summer is that it's super hot & humid. You might live where the weather is the same, so it might not be such a shock to you. I live in LA & we don't have humidity like that, so it was a bit rough for the first few days.

Be prepared to get hit on a TON. Italian men love young foreign girls. I've never been anywhere else on the planet where so many guys hit or me or made really explicit comments. It was be a bit overwhelming & unsettling. Definitely don't walk around by yourself at night.

Be sure to go to the Vatican early. They close at 12:20 on Saturday & at 3 the rest of the week, and you want to be able to take your time.

Be aware that you get charged like three times as much for sitting outside rather than sitting inside taking your food to go.

Yes, I was there a year ago to visit a friend who lives there. What do you want to know? It's great, a wonderful experience, fantastic food, romantic, etc. etc. I recommend you go

Hi!
Rome is beautiful. There are a lot of munuments (go to the colosseum) and a lot of things to do.

You can visit museums, go shopping (maybe at Via del Babuino or via Condotti), go into special place (like "Pincio").

You must visit the old town centre and eat an italian pizza and an ice-cream!
There are a lot of restaurants and milk bars for tourists.

GO IN ROME!!!

Buon viaggio!!
