I love Italy and the Italians are great. The only place I have visited so far in Italy that I wasnt too keen on was Turin. Its ok but not one of the best places you could go. Sorry to any Turinos reading this. Italy is a beautiful country and my fave place on earth. Ive been once this year and am going to go 2 or 3 more times b4 Xmas its that great. The North and the South are very different though. You get two complete opposite experiences.

Yes I've been lots of times, my grandparents came from Turin so I spend a lot of my childhood there, its a beautiful place, excellent shopping, great place for food and company and the Italians are wonderful people.

old know all
Turin has some interesting buildings. I don't think I'd want to spend more than a few days there. Italy is the most beautiful country on Earth. Italians are great, once you've got to know their customs - shame about the Milanese.

turin is a nice place, with very traditional italian values & places unspoilt by tourists etc. thought i also agree, i wouldn't stay there for a long period. they were certain places in turin i didn't overly like and didn't feel very welcome, but it wouldn't put me off going back.
