Yes, it's very nice. It's a somewhat large town on the Amalfi coast. The food is good as it is in all of Italy, and the people are nice because it is a tourist area.
If you're going to that area, I actually prefer Positano, which is smaller, quainter, and more picturesque. |

Yes, I stayed for a few days before continuing on my 30 day exploration of Italia!
Sorrento is known for its Limoncello, and its easy to find many lemon products in this small town, including but not limited to soaps and candy. The stores are in alleyways and at times it gets difficult to walk, that's when the importance of Italian elbows come in. The restaurants are harder to find and when you do they are more expensive than in other locations throughout Italy. |
