Ok : you take a couple of day's old slice of bread (it has to be "hard") and put it on a grill for a couple of minutes, until it looks like a toast. while grilling, cut fresh tomatoes and put it in a bowl; add the purest olive oil that you can find (the oil is one of the most important things!); some leafs of fresh basil and, if you like, just a bit of pepper. Take a spoon and mix. When you finish grilling (don't leave it burn!) remove the bread, cut some garlic and, here's the secret, you have to scratch the garlic's surface on the bread (it's so difficult for me to explain it in english, but I mean, like when you take a shower and want to make a scrub). Then add the tomatoes.
good luck and buon appetito! |

Ok!
Take a bread and toast it on barbecue or on frying-pan.
when the bread is toast, keep a garlic and rub it on the bread( not much!)
Then keep the tomatoes and cut it as little cubic, and dress it with oil and salt and origano.
you can dress it also with olives and tomatoes or mozarella and tomatoes...etc...
buon appetito! |
