You'd be better off flying Barcelona to Naples, and then taking the train to Pompeii. Total travel time from take-off in Barcelona to arrival at the Pompeii train station (which is right by the site) would be about five hours if your flight was on time. I definitely don't think it's worth the journey. Honestly, I think you'd be crazy to take that trip.
