One thing here, you haven't mention, when is your plan to go Rimini. but I am sure now you may not be able to get any hostel or hotel at that rate. but Rimini hotels are not much expensive as Rome or Venice.
There are good hotels can get around 35 -40 euro for September.

Hi! I'm from Rimini and I think it's a wondeful place for holydays! well, prices aren't the ones of 3 years ago but quite competitive and still not so high. Hotels prices are less expensive than other famous seaside in Italy.
