You can try these: http://www.bonprixsecure.com/it/Giacche-gilet-3-1498-shop.htm?id=1843936376244284766-0-4940b7e9&directLandmark=navigation&directLandmarkP=%26name%3DShopnavi%26Shop%3D1498, http://www.orlandinifirenze.com/index.php (Florence)

The stores you're looking at are US companies that aren't here. If your boyfriend is cold and needs something now, the easiest and best thing to do would be to have him go to the store to buy a coat. That way he can guarantee getting something he likes that also fits him - Italian and US sizes aren't the same. There are a number of places in and around Via del Condotti, but there are also lots of other less expensive places all over the city.

If this is a gift you're trying to send him rather than an immediate need, then you have a various choices. You can buy something from one of the online places in the US and ship it here, try one of the links above, check the italian e-bay, or continue to search for some of the bigger name stores here in Italy - all of the designer brands will have stores in Rome (Prada, Armani, ...).

Ciao da Roma!
Commonly, "normal" shops haven't e-commerce in Italy.

You can surf on this websites.

Anyway, consider that even yoox works in Italy.

Welcome to my wonderful city!
