L L is correct. The only other thing you need to know is that the train between Sorrento and Naples is on the Circumvesuviana system. It won't be available on the Trenitalia website that she gave you. There's a schedule from Sorrento to Naples on the circumvesuviana website: http://servizi.vesuviana.it/OrarioFerrovia/invernali/a62.pdf
When you get to Naples, it's a short walk to where the trains to Rome leave.
You can also take a ferry from Sorrento to
Naples and then catch the train, but it's less convenient.

You'll have to get the local train from Sorrento to Naples and then change for a train from Naples to Rome. There are many to chose from so check out the above train website.
