you can take the ferry "DM" from Piazzale Roma or from the railway station. It will take ten minutes. Or you can take n° 42, but it will be a longer journey, becouse it makes a lot of stops.

The ferry is well marked, and it is not expensive. A very nice ride.

Just take a ferry boat or a water taxi.The fares are a bit expensive but it takes just 10 minutes.

If you are staying at a hotel, ask at the front desk, when I was there last summer, the hotel paid for a water taxi to Murano, and we took a vaporetto back to the hotel, everything is clearly marked though. If you get lost, just ask the locals, they are always willing to help...
