There are no water buses from Treviso - they operate from Marco Polo airport. Treviso is the inland airport where the budget flights arrive.
There are buses from Treviso airport. The buses stop in Mestre and Piazzale Roma in Venice; it's about 70 minutes from the airport to Piazzale Roma. It's very easy - Treviso is a small airport. The schedule is here: http://www.atvo.it/images_doc/linee/CANOVA-VE_(19.06-31.08.08).pdf

I just back from there a few days ago!! You will adore it!!. Anyways, it's so easy to get anywhere. Just take the bus that goes from and to the Piazzale Roma. That takes you to the center where the water buses are to go onto the Island. Now to actually go onto the island it just depends it could take like an hour, they are so slow with a ton of stops. I can't remember the bus number but there are always postings above the stops. It's easy you'll get it!

You must take a bus that goes to piazzale roma in venice.

Easy. You have about a 5 minute walk from the airport to the waterbuses and taxis. From there it takes between 20 minutes and an hour depending on which route the waterbus will take. There are few docking points in Venice itself, so try to get the nearest one to your hotel.
My apologies. I didn't realise another airport served Venice, even if it around 20 miles away.
Here's a link to a page with all the info you may need.
