June is high season so hotels, and restaurants will be more expensive, however, you have a choice to eat in small local restaurants for much less than the higher touristic restaurants that will charge you and arm and a leg.
Capri though is a "rich" area, where lots of movie stars and important politicians go for vacation too, so that always puts it at a higher rate.
Try going in April or September instead next time.

It can be very expensive or very inexpensive. We did both. We had dinner at an expensive place one night, and then on our last night we went to different local stores and bought bread, cheese, wine, tomatoes, olives, grapes, and put together our own picnic!
