Twenty-eight kilometers by car, taking thirty minutes.

To get their by train, use the Circumvesuviana which connects Napoli Centrale station to Pompeii Scavi (the archaeological site). It takes about thirty-five minutes. See the link below for information on what to see and do at Pompeii.

Its only about a 30 minute drive, if the traffic is good. However traffic in Naples is the worst I have experienced in the world. Try checking out Italy's great train system or perhaps a bus.

paris
It's about 30 km.,but I suggest since you are in Pompei do a visit in the little (in fact there is not so little) house where are made beautiful things in corals. You'll see and ,I hope, you'll no regret.

Lalulo_Jazmin
Pompei is 28 km south of Napoli on the coast of the Gulf of Napoli

It just depends where you stay in Naples. It's a sprawling area. About half an hours drive I would say bearing in mind traffic and your location.

about 30 KM I guess
