Pisa airport to Florence is 64 miles.
There is a bus from the Pisa airport to the city of Florence SMN (main train station).
The trip takes 70 minutes. This is slower than the train, but to get from the Pisa airport to the train station takes some time and extra money, so I would go for the bus.
The bus departs from right outside the arrivals hall at Pisa. You can book this bus online at www.terravision.it for 8 Euro (($10.40 USD) one way or 12 Euros ($15.60 USD) roundtrip .
You can purchase tickets locally or online at:

Their website also has schedules.
