Distance by road is abt. 110 kms. (69 miles) and usually it takes by bus abt. 1h and 20 minutes.

By train its' roughly same distance and it takes a bit more than 1 hour with the fastest trains

If you're arriving to Pisa's airport the train leaves just from there. Also, by bus there is a very convenient combination for people landing either at Pisa or Florence's airports.
