Which country in America? Or do you mean the US?

Remember America is a continent (includes all of north, south & central America). So it depends which country you compare it to.

mth6101
We both love food.

i don't see any similarity !!?

There is none what so ever. I've seen some Fords there. They have a few McDonalds. Some words are left alone like film, hamburger, pizza, and AC Milan is said Milan like in English not Milano like in Italy. They're two totally different places though.

no, in the lifestyle department. People are more laid back and not in a hurry to do much. I mean they enjoy themselves, whether or not it's chilling in a public square with friends (piazza) or talking about soccer (or football) and such.

Yes, you'll have McDonald's and Burger King, plus other American capitalism in progress, but for the most part, it's Italianized. In the McDonald's there, they have this Croc Brie, which is basically brie (cheese) sticks. It's pretty good and the soft drinks are more carbonated.

There's a lot of emphasize on family and fun in Italy, plus the cars are tiny over there too. There are similarities, but for the most part, it's a different world and language over there in Italy.

They both Eat Pizza and lots of it.

It's just that the Italians don't get fat but Americans do.

No thier is no simularities at all, the culture, the people are so different then we are many different ways.
But let me say this though no matter what country or nationality you are deep down they are all human and so we in that since are the same, the language is different and the looks may be different but deep down they are very good people.
I just want to say I lived in Italy For 13 years and Loved it but after all that time it was time to go home.
